Hurricane Tutorials are now online!
Much like the "Quick Pick" button, the Quick Queue button hides the main Hurricane window and instead displays a "floating" file list/selector window, which has all the files listed that were in the file queue.
This allows you to easily navigate files in the queue and double-click them to open in AutoCAD.
