Need some help. I'd like to create a script that opens an ACAD file zooms to a window view & pauses for 10 seconds to let me look at the view. Then does not save the view & goes on to the next drawing & does the same thing.

What I'm doing is inserting a PE stamp into a drawing in Hurricane. The view zoom script will be used to check the "PE-insert" worked OK w/o printing & checking 100's of drawings.

Hi JS,

Your script could look something like this...

ZOOM
W
123,456 567,899 <-change coords here

Then make sure you have the DELAY and TEST RUN checkboxes selected.
The DELAY checkbox automatically appends a DELAY command to the script, and the TEST RUN box supresses the QSAVE that is normally automatically added to the script by Hurricane.

If you want, you can put the DELAY in the script itself, like "DELAY 10000" (10 seconds), so you can play with the timing.

I hope this helps you out!?

Regards,
Bill
