By installing or using Tornado©, you are consenting that you have read the following text.  If you do not agree to all of the conditions and warnings of this text, do not download, or install this software.

The user agrees to the following:

1. The distribution file of Tornado© for IntelliCAD may be distributed freely over the Internet as long as the distribution files remain unmodified.
   
   
2. Upon purchase, a "registration code" code will be e-mailed to the purchaser promptly. This code will unlock the trial version of Tornado to enable the full, unrestricted Version.
   
   
3. The provided "unlock codes" are based on the installations serial number. The user must provide 1 unique serial number for every registration code purchased. The serial numbers can be retrieved at the Tornado "About --> Serial Number & Unlock Code" screen, before registering).
   
   
4. The user understands that the furnished codes will only work with the corresponding serial numbers provided by you, the user, at time of purchase.
   
   
5. Purchased codes are not transferrable. It is up to you to keep backups of your Unlock codes (KEY files).
   
   
6. The author is confident in Tornado's functionality and stability.  To the best of his knowledge there are no known harmful "bugs", but upon discovery, will be corrected immediately.
   
   
7. The user agrees that Tornado for IntelliCAD is very powerful, and with misuse may cause permanent changes to your drawing files.  The user agrees to test any "batch script file" generated with Tornado on a set of "Test" files before running a batch on the original drawings.
   
   
8. The user agrees not to rent, lease, or otherwise transfer rights to the Software; or remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.
