Seems that with windows 8 and beyond, if you run the installer as you would any other program, Hurricane (when run) will come up with an error indicating that a "Component is Missing", and exit. (Sometimes the error "Licensing Failure. Aborting"

If this happens:
1) simply uninstall Hurricane (there is an Uninstall.exe in the Hurricane folder).
2) Re-launch the Hurricane Installer EXE by RIGHT-CLICKING the installer EXE, and selecting "RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR", and follow the prompts.

This ensures that the necessary dwg preview component is properly registered.
