Can AutoCAD LT run LISP?

AutoCAD LT 2024 and later: yes. They run AutoLISP, so Hurricane's features that use it (such as the Title-Block Update and Search and Replace Text wizards) and your own LISP routines work in LT. LT has no vla-/vlax- (ActiveX) functions, so routines that use them need full AutoCAD. No LT version runs VBA or .NET.

AutoCAD LT 2023 and earlier: no. These versions cannot run AutoLISP, so Hurricane switches off the features that rely on it (the "AutoCAD LT (No Lisp)" setting in Tools > Options). The limit comes from your AutoCAD version, not from Hurricane. Batch plot, purge, audit and other plain scripts still work.
